2.1 Service Description

Skematika is an AI-powered platform for generating and editing software/website blueprints. The Platform provides tools for creating project documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Share or resell your account access to third parties

3.1 Subscription Tiers

3.2 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through our authorized payment providers (Midtrans for Indonesian payments, Stripe for international payments).

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

3.4 Point System

The Platform uses a point-based system for AI operations. Points are allocated monthly based on your subscription tier. Unused points do not roll over to the next billing period.

4.1 AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses AI models to generate blueprints and content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content.

4.2 Model Availability

Access to specific AI models (Haiku, Sonnet, Opus) depends on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to update or change available models.

4.3 Fair Use Policy

Users must use the Platform in accordance with fair use principles. Excessive or abusive usage may result in account limitations or suspension.

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using Skematika, including blueprints, documentation, and specifications. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for providing the service.

5.2 Platform Content

The Platform itself, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Skematika and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.1 Suspension

We may suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Platform in a manner that harms other users

6.2 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to paid features will cease immediately
• You may download your content within 30 days
• We will delete your content after 90 days
